1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays).
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once dispatched.
During peak holiday seasons or high demand periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Fee
We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure:
- Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order
- No hidden fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 3β4 business days (Standard)
- International: 10β20 business days

4. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: Tracking updates may take 2β5 days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing times.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing or shipment begins, we cannot guarantee modifications.
If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipment, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or refund of product price excluding original shipping cost.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly. If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier first to file a claim. Lapora will assist when possible, but resolution is subject to carrier confirmation.
8. Split Shipments
For multi-item orders involving multiple tech peripherals, items may ship separately. No additional shipping fee will be charged.
9. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included. These charges are determined by your country and customers are responsible for all applicable import fees. Customs delays are beyond our control.
10. Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
